Here is my new favorite mealtime dinner recipe featuring the delicious Barilla® Chickpea Rotini Pasta:
Barilla® Chickpea Rotini Pasta Ingredients:-1 box Barilla® Chickpea Pasta-2 cups Broccolini-1 cup diced onions-1 lb. cubed chicken pieces-1 tsp garlic paste-1 tsp ginger paste-1 cup cherry tomatoes-Salt + pepper (to taste)-Other vegetables based on your preference (I always just throw in whatever veggies I have that day!) Step 1: Sautee onions in olive oil until edges brown. Then add ginger and garlic to the pan and once mixed thoroughly, add the chicken and let cook (4 mins on each side). Step 2: Boil water and make Barilla® Chickpea Pasta according to instructions on the box. Then drain and set aside. Step 3: In a separate pan, grill broccolini and cherry tomatoes and add salt + pepper, according to taste. Step 4: Mix the cooked pasta with the grilled chicken and vegetables and give it a good stir. Add salt + pepper according to taste! Step 5: Bon Appetit!
