When you’ve got a picky eater in the house (like me!), you have to get creative with trying to incorporate fun and nutritious meals! I had so much fun partnering with Oroweat Organic White Made with Whole Wheat Bread! I love that their bread is made with no artificial preservatives, colors, or flavors and that every 2 slices contain 4 grams of protein and 3 grams of fiber – perfect for little ones on the go!

Oroweat recently launched their Organic for Kids White Bread Made with Whole Wheat with Disney’s Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse and my boys have loved the taste! Plus, bonus points for the fact that the bread contains whole wheat but my kids can’t detect a difference in the taste!
What’s even better is that the bread is plant-based, Non-GMO Project Verified, USDA Organic AND is a good source of Vitamins A, D and E for my little man on the move! Oroweat Organic Bread is sustainably baked using renewable wind energy and 1% of their revenue gets donated back to environmental causes. It’s always a goal of mine to use products that are sustainable and give back to causes I support and Oroweat checks all the boxes for me!

My 7-year-old loves helping at mealtimes so we have really enjoyed making Unicorn Toast, which includes super simple steps that are perfect for kiddos! It’s such a quick and yummy treat that my boys are always excited when we make it! All you need is softened cream cheese (I usually leave it out of the fridge for about 30 minutes) and organic food coloring. I simply have the kiddos scoop out a few tablespoons of cream cheese into four small bowls. Then I’ll add a few drops (2-3 is perfect if you’re going for pastel colors) of coloring into each bowl and have the boys mix them for a minute or two. And then I’ll spread small portions onto the bread and voila! Super nutritious and such a fun way to get the boys to help with their meals/snacks!
