6-Ingredient Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe

Is there anything better in the world than raspberry cheesecake? Why yes, and it includes adding a few Oreos into the mix. I love no-bake recipes and this one has quickly become one of my favorites this year! I love that my kiddos can make this on their own or that I can easily modify the recipe to make it keto-friendly. Plus who doesn’t love a quick and delicious recipe that only needs six ingredients? Try it out and let me know what you think!

Recipe for Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust

  • 12 Oreos

First layer

  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Second layer

  • 3.5 oz cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Crush the Oreos and divide them equally into three glasses to create the crust.
  2. For the first layer, blend 3.5 oz of cream cheese with the brown sugar, 1 cup of whipping cream, and the raspberries using a blender.
  3. Pour the mix equally into each glass.
  4. For the second layer, mix the cream cheese, whipping cream, brown sugar, and cocoa powder.
  5. Pour into the rest of the glass.
  6. Optionally, add a layer of fresh raspberries to decorate.
