6-Ingredient Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe

Is there anything better in the world than raspberry cheesecake? Why yes, and it includes adding a few Oreos into the mix. I love no-bake recipes and this one has quickly become one of my favorites this year! I love that my kiddos can make this on their own or that I can easily modify the recipe to make it keto-friendly. Recipe for Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 12 Oreos
First layer
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup whipping cream
Second layer
- 3.5 oz cream cheese
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup whipping cream

Directions
- Crush the Oreos and divide them equally into three glasses to create the crust.
- For the first layer, blend 3.5 oz of cream cheese with the brown sugar, 1 cup of whipping cream, and the raspberries using a blender.
- Pour the mix equally into each glass.
- For the second layer, mix the cream cheese, whipping cream, brown sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Pour into the rest of the glass.
- Optionally, add a layer of fresh raspberries to decorate.
