5 Tricks  to Start  Mondays Right

Mondays can be a real  downer but here is a list of things I do to start my week off on the right foot...

Taking vitamins makes me feel like I'm investing in myself!

Jump in the  shower!

I prefer night showers but on Mondays, I kickstart my week with a shower first thing!

Morning coffee  outdoors

Or at the very least, spend a few minutes outside

Write out my to-do list - and focus only on five items today!

I blow-dry my hair

Do something that makes  you feel your best,  whatever it may be!
